Maysoun Abu Rayya, a Palestinian woman from Sekhnin town in northern Israel, known for her activities in support of women, opened her female-only cafe.

The cafe, which was called "Nissa' Cafe" (Nissa' means women in Arabic), recieves females only during the week, and opens its doors to families over the weekends.

The cafe attracted a high turnout of women in the region, as it has achieved the dream of many women who wish to be in a place that keeps their privacy, while reading a book and drinking some coffee.
