General Manager of Bissan Mohamed Johar, signed authorized reseller agreements with a group of major distributors who will cover all governorates of the West Bank, they are: Hassan Air-conditioning company, consortium of al-badr and Philadelphia Refrigeration & Air Conditioning companies and Zaru for conditioning and refrigeration. In his speech during the signing ceremony, General Manager of Bissan company, Mohamed Johar, pointed out that these agreements constitute the beginning, saying "we are today putting the first step to consolidate our presence in the market as a patriotic and strong competitor that depends on quality, efficiency and best price, with a distinguished group of distributors recognized in this area on a national level."

Johar added that we at this stage seek to strengthen our relationship with our partners to achieve our marketing plans and objectives for 2017, explaining that the Bissan factory is a pride of the national economy and will be a quantum leap for the Palestinian industry, noting that the presence of the factory on the land of Tulkarem would support its economy, contribute to the employment of many people, the opening of new prospects in the local market and putting Palestine on the air conditioning and refrigeration industries map.

It is noteworthy that "Bissan factory for air conditioners," is the fourth largest manufacturer in the Middle East in this area and was established as a private company in 2012 with a capital of US $2.5 million, as a factory specializing in the manufacture of wall, vertical and central air conditioners and other refrigeration industry. The factory was established on the land area of ​​7125 m2. The plant is designed in its first phase to meet the needs of the local market; to later begin to expand in Arab and regional markets.

It should be noted that the Bissan factory is one of the investments of Reach Holding Group in cooperation with other Palestinian investors. "Reach Holding", which was founded in 2011, is located in the city of Ramallah with branches in the United Arab Emirates and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Its investments are concentrated in the sectors of industry, including stones and marble, retail, services, hospitality, and education.
