Government Spends 18 billion shekels on the Gaza Strip since 30 Months

Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah said that the government has spent during the period it took office (30 months) about 30 billion shekels on the Gaza Strip, while the government revenues from the sector did not exceed 20 million shekels per month.
He stressed during an interview at the first meeting of the Social Security Foundation’s board of directors that the government is fully committed to its obligations toward the Gaza Strip, noting that there are 80 thousand families out of 120 thousand receive allocations from the Ministry of Social Development.
He stressed that the government will not abandon its duties towards the strip.
