Palestinian Cabinet decided in its meeting, that was held on 20.12.2016, the formation of the Board of Directors of the Social Security Corporation, which includes 17 members, headed by the Minister of the Palestinian labor Ma’moun Abu Shahla.

The Board consists of four representatives from the government, five representatives of workers' representatives, five representatives from the private sector, one representative from the trade unions, a representative of civil society organizations and a financial expert.

Government representatives: Kholoud Abdulkhaliq- Ministry of Social Development, Abdul-Jabbar Salem- Ministry of Finance and Planning, Bashaer Nazmi Alrrshq- Ministry of National Economy, Bilal Thawabeh- Ministry of Labour.

Workers' representatives: Abdul Hakim Alian- General Federation of Independent Trade Unions, salamah Zeiter- General Federation of Palestinian Trade Unions, Shaher Saad- General Federation of Palestinian Trade Unions, Mohammad Alaruri- General Federation of Palestinian Trade Unions, Mohamed Shawky Hassan Albdri- General Federation of Post Office, Communication and Information Technology Association.

Private sector representatives: Samir Zriq- Palestinian Businessmen Association, Bassam Walweel - General Union of Palestinian Industries, Marwan Khalil Jumah- Palestinian Contractors Union, Khalil Rizk- Union of Commercial, Industrial and Agricultural Chambers, Amer Najjar Union of Commercial, Industrial and Agricultural Chambers.

Representative of trade unions- Majdi Saleh, Representative of civil organizations- Nasfat Khalil Khafsh, Financial academic expert- Riyad Shehada.
