The Minister of Public Works and Housing, “Mohammad Alhasayneh”, announced the cashing of the second financial payment for first list Kuwaiti grant beneficiaries totaling 305 persons next Saturday, with the directions and instructions from state’s prime minister, “Dr. Rami Hamdallah”.

Alhasayneh said in a statement: "The Kuwaiti grant’s private money has arrived and is now present in the Bank of Palestine, and the distribution will be allocated to the beneficiaries of the funds and those affected by the recent war”, stressing that it will have a concrete impact on the reconstruction process.
