IOF Demolish Commercial Stores in Beita Fruit and Vegetable Market
Translated by Tamara Barakat
The IOF demolished six stores in the Beita fruit and the vegetable market (Hisba), south of Nablus this morning.
Imad Hilal, one of the owners of the demolished stores said, “The occupation’s bulldozers stormed into the market at midnight, accompanied by a number of military jeeps, and demolished six fruit and vegetable stores and a public restroom in the southern and western areas of the market.”
According to Hilal, the IOF claim that the demolition was carried under the pretext of construction without an Israeli permit.
