The Ministry of Public Works and UNRWA discuss projects implemented by the Agency in the West Bank

The Minister of Public Works and Housing, Muhammad Ziyara, discussed with the Director of UNRWA Operations in the West Bank, Gwen Lewis, the projects implemented by the Agency, including the Bethlehem University project, with the aim of overcoming the main problems in it.
This came during a meeting at the Ministry’s headquarters in Ramallah, in the presence of the Acting Head of Infrastructure and Camps Program at the UNRWA in the West Bank, Mohammed Riyati, on Wednesday.
The two parties agreed to sign a memorandum of understanding between all relevant parties, and to form a multi-party team under the Ministry’s umbrella, to discuss all means of cooperation to overcome obstacles and problems facing projects implemented by UNRWA.
Ziyara said that it is important to support "UNRWA" and facilitate its mission in serving the Palestinian people, especially in light of the difficult conditions in which we live.
For her part, Lewis praised the Ministry's efforts in the infrastructure sector, and its willingness to cooperate and implement everything necessary for the success of the work in the projects implemented by the agency.
