Today, Sunday, the Capital Market Authority issued a decision to suspend trading on the Palestine Stock Exchange starting from the trading session on Monday 23/3/2020, until further notice.

This decision came, according to a statement issued by the "Commission", according to the decree issued by His Excellency President Mahmoud Abbas to declare a state of emergency in the State of Palestine on 5/3/2020, and in view of the urgent health conditions regarding the emerging Corona virus, and based on the precautionary decisions and measures announced by the President Minister Muhammad Shtayyeh today, to prevent an outbreak of the "Corona" virus.
