The Ministry of National Economy announced today that the government's decision to prevent the entry of Israeli vegetables, fruits, juices, mineral and aerated water into the Palestinian market will enter into force starting Thursday.

The Ministry of Economy, in a press statement to Thursday, said that the operations room of the relevant government agencies and security agencies (national economy, agriculture, customs control, public intelligence, and preventive security) will work around the clock to implement the decision in accordance with the technical and legal procedures followed.

It is noteworthy that the government decided at its meeting last Monday to stop the entry of Israeli vegetables, fruits, juices, mineral and aerated water into the Palestinian markets, in response to the decision of the Israeli army minister, Naftali, to prohibit the entry of Palestinian agricultural products to the Israeli market.
