Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh said the Finance Ministry on Sunday transferred NIS 20 million to the Augusta Victoria-Mutala' Hospital, after transferring NIS 5 million to the hospital last week to continue its business as usual after the hospital announced it ran out of cancer drugs from the warehouses.

This came after the emergency meeting chaired by Shtayyeh, in the presence of Finance Minister Shukri Bishara and Minister of Health Mai Alkila, to discuss issues related to Jerusalem hospitals, and mechanisms to support and maintain them, and studied radical solutions to handle financial crises.
