On the dawn of Sunday, the Israeli Police arrested dozens of workers from the West Bank during a wide range raid in the Occupied Palestinian Territories.
Riad Kameel, an official in the General Federation of Trade Unions of Palestine, said: “the Israeli police intended on spreading intensive deployment of conditional barriers on all the streets, proceeding to stop all cars, including busses, on the routes that workers go through.”
30 workers were supposedly found without permits after the Israeli police got them off of the busses in the South near “Kiryat Gat.” The raid is still ongoing.
