Palestine Monetary Authority petitions civilians to be careful when performing any financial process with unknown parties. The PMA received reports about a number of citizens who were subjected to fraud by receiving messages or calls from people who reside outside of the state of Palestine. These messages or calls urge them to send them fast money transfers, aiming to fasten and ease sending their prizes and donations under the names of winning money or luxury cars through programs or use the names of princes and wealthy Arabs to receive donations and other false promises.

The PMA urges the citizens to not cooperate with this kind of criminal methods and that is for the sake of protecting the citizens from being subjected to fraud in order to maintain financial stability.
