The EU condemned the demolishing of shops in Shu’fat refugee camp in East Jerusalem on Saturday Nov. 25th.
It was written in Maya Kosianchik’s UN statement of EU foreign policy that the Israeli actions are undermining the prospects of having a two-state solution.
The occupation forces demolished 20 Palestinian shops, last week, in Shu’fat Refugee camp in East Jerusalem.
The municipality of Jerusalem agreed, a couple of weeks ago, on the plan of building 800 new settlement units in “Ramat Shlomo” and “Ramot” settlements in East Jerusalem. In addition, Israeli settlers are continuing their settler activities in Silwan neighborhood that may eventually lead to the forcible transfer of approximately 700 Palestinians from this area.
